Brand new office chairs
Some time ago I learnt something new about running an office. My company is still a young one or fresh one as somebody would say. Anyway I learnt that an office must follow some strict laws when it comes to the planning of work. One of my workers showed me that on the internet and I had quickly react to this. He had some problems with his back. His back ached him since he started to work in our company. He claimed that it was because of Office chairs that we had. I must say that because I had some limited funds I had to buy some used and old office chairs but I did not wonder that this could turn to a problem. But my worker showed me which requirements office chairs should fulfill and I was shocked. At first I wanted to tell him that he can quit his job if he do not like the office chairs but then he showed me a paragraph in which there was clearly stated that I should replace those old chairs with new ones. He had right to call a commission to check those chairs and I could be in trouble. At first I could not believe that and it sounded a bit silly for me but in the end I checked all those information. A worker in the office should be provided with a specific office chair. Either way the owner of the office can be charged with fine and can be forced to buy appropriate office chairs to his office. Well I learnt something new. Even an office worker can complain on the conditions of working.
